JHC’s allotments in Mill Lane, Sawston include over 60 plots. They’re a great place to meet new people from around the village who you may not come across in another setting.
With the popularity of allotment-keeping on the rise, especially since lockdown, we are now operating a waiting list. If you are interested in having an allotment please contact Trudy at JHC for an application form: trudy@johnhuntingdon.org.uk
Community Orchard
The fruit trees we planted in 2012 are really flourishing and bearing fruit now. The whole orchard is strimmed regularly over the summer and we also manage the hedging regularly.
